When you book an appointment

Through the website, the booking system or WhatsApp we collect your name and mobile number only, along with the service you asked for, the doctor and the appointment time. We do not ask for your national ID or iqama number, and we collect no insurance details.

When you contact us

Through the website form or WhatsApp: your name, how to reach you, and the text of your message.

When you visit the site

Pages you viewed, the time of the visit, your device and browser type, where you arrived from, and your IP address — which is stored truncated and hashed into a non-reversible string, never in full. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal we honour it and record nothing.

Inside the clinic

Your medical and treatment records and consent forms. These are governed by Ministry of Health regulations and health facility record-keeping rules, not by this policy alone.

We do not collect through the website: payment card details, medical images, or diagnoses.

• To hold your appointment, remind you of it, and answer your question.
• To route you to the right doctor for your case.
• To run the website and measure how it performs.
• To meet the record-keeping duties Saudi health regulations place on us.

We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

We process your data on the bases permitted by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law: performing your request for booking and contact data, legal obligation for patient records, and your consent for measurement and analytics — which you may withdraw at any time.

• The clinic’s doctors and staff, only as far as your case requires.
• The technical providers who host the website and the booking system, our WhatsApp Business provider, and our visitor analytics service. They process data on our behalf and on our instructions, not for themselves.
• Official authorities where the law requires it.

The clinic does not work with insurance companies, and your data is not shared with any insurer.

Some technical providers process data outside the Kingdom. Where they do, we comply with what the Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations require for transfers abroad.

• Patient records: ten years.
• Incomplete bookings and contact messages: twenty-four months.
• Visitor analytics: event data fourteen months, user data fourteen months.

You may ask what we hold about you, receive a copy of it, have errors in it corrected, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, and withdraw your consent to measurement tools.

Write to info@pbdent.com and we will respond within the period set by the law.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the competent data protection authority in the Kingdom.

We use cookies that the site needs in order to work, and optional measurement cookies that tell us which pages are read and which are not. You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings at any time.

We do not collect data from anyone under eighteen except through a parent or guardian.

We update it whenever what we collect or how we handle it changes, and we note the date here.
