Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the clinic’s website and its online booking system. Using the site means you accept them.

What we publish on the site and the blog is general information for awareness. It is no substitute for an examination, and it is not a basis for a diagnosis or a treatment decision. The right plan is determined only after a clinical examination.

If you have severe pain, bleeding or swelling, come to the clinic or the nearest emergency department — do not rely on what you read here.

A booking made through the site is a request for an appointment, and it is confirmed when the clinic confirms it.

There is no no-show fee. We do ask that you cancel or reschedule early if you cannot come, so another patient can take the slot — you can do that yourself from the appointment-change link on the booking page.

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and do not include VAT; VAT is added at invoicing.

The final price is set after the examination, because a case may need additional procedures — and we tell you before we start, not after.

Offer conditions:

• Two offers cannot be combined on the same service.
• Offers apply to new visits, not to follow-up appointments.
• An offer applies only to the services named in its campaign.
• Providing the service remains subject to clinical assessment where needed.
• Offers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Each offer runs for the period announced for its campaign, and the clinic may amend or withdraw it.

We commit to professional care according to accepted standards, using licensed materials and equipment.

The clinic does not offer a fixed warranty period on prosthetics or implants. Treatment outcomes differ from case to case and depend on factors particular to each patient, so we do not guarantee any specific result.

The site’s text, images and design belong to the clinic. The photographs published are of our own premises and team, and no patient photograph is published without separate written consent.

We display genuine Google Maps reviews as their authors wrote them. Where a review is shown translated, it is labelled as such. We do not remove a review for being negative.

We are not liable for interruptions to the website or the booking system caused by technical matters outside our control, nor for a decision taken on the strength of the site’s content alone without a clinical examination.

Nothing in these terms limits any right the law grants a patient.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Jeddah have jurisdiction.
